Desert Runner

SP_Homepage
My first big event was the London Marathon. Since then I have completed 255 marathons, including the “Big Five”: Boston, London, New York, Chicago and Berlin. I’ve also done the Tough Guy twice and the Great North Run 7 times.

After seeing the Marathon des Sables on television I decided it was a good way to raise money for charity. My first MdS was in 1999 and since then I have become one of the UK’s most experienced desert runners – completing 19 desert events all over the world including 3,000 kilometres across the Sahara Desert, completing the Marathon des Sables 7 times and raising £500,000 for charity in the process. Some of my events are listed here.
